Electro-acupuncture uses the some points as regular acupuncture, however, a small electrical pulsing current is passed between two needles inserted in the skin.

Ears are very sensitive, auricular acupuncture involves using either small seeds or needles attached to certain points on the ear to stimulate the nerves found there.

 

Moxabustion Icon

Moxabustion Therapy

The body reacts to both hot and cold. Moxabustion involves using a burning herb to produce heat and applying that heat to certain parts of the body to stimulate the desired reaction.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping involves the use of round glass cups placed on the skin with a negative internal pressure. The result is a suction effect, the cups suck on to the skin and draw blood to the surface.
